 Request for Information - Region V
The Health Planning Region V Consortium, which is comprised of the nine local  Community Services Boards, is seeking, through the RFI process, information from organizations having working expertise in the various approaches to long term care of the elderly. Specifically, the Consortium is looking to enhance the system of care for seniors with behavioral health disorders. The Request For Information provides a detailed backround and purpose for the project, as well as the information sought from respondents. Organizations interested in responding to this RFI should submit their written responses no later than April 24, 2008
